A graduate in cello under the guide of Maestro M.Centurione, he was sixteen when started his concert career. Already by the age of seventeen he was performing in the auditorium of RAI at the 'Foro Italico' in Rome for the concert performance season 1983/84. From there he began an intense activity of chamber music that has allowed him to interpret the most important works of the repertoire above all of Trio and quintet with piano. He continued courses in chamber music at the School of Music of Fiesole with the Trio of Trieste (Zanettovich-Baldovino- De Rosa) for trio with piano and with Maurene Jones for quintet with piano. Still, to improve his skills even further in the repertoire of a trio, he became a student with Costantin Bogino (ex Ciaikowskij Trio) and Nina Beilina. With a group of twelve cellos "Violoncello Ensemble", from 1985 to 1990, he had the opportunity to perform in quite a lot of Italian cities (Rome, Catania, Crotone, Viterbo, Trieste, Bari, Ravenna, Udine, Oristano, etc.) and for the most important concert seasons of the nation. Since 1987 he has been collaborating with various Italian orchestras: "Istituzione Sinfonica Abruzzese", M.Gusella Orchestra of Pescara and Regional Orchestra of Lazio. He always results among the first chosen at the auditions of the Abruzzese Symphonic Institution and the Rome and Naples RAI Orchestras, before their closing. In the years 89/90 and 91 he was the First Cellist of the "Orchestra Giovanile Italiana". In his career, he has performed in some of the most prestigious theaters in Italy and Europe among which: the La Scala Theater in Milan, San Carlo in Naples, Comunale in Florence, Alte Oper in Frankfurt, Auditorium National in Madrid, Auditorium of S.Cecilia in Rome and Cankariev Dom in Lubiana with Orchestra managers of international fame such as C.Melles, P.Bellugi, G.Gyorivany Rath, D.Renzetti, C.Abbado and with soloists of the caliber of R.Filippini, M.Brunello, B.Giuranna, M.Tipo, F.Ayo, F.Petracchi. Since 1996 he started to play also the Baroque Cello. With this instrument he collaborated with many Italian groups specialized on early music. He recorded for theVatican Radio and has recorded for RAI and for Channel 5.
